Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is the premier skilled nursing facility on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard. Windemere is located on the Martha's Vineyard Hospital campus. One of our specialties is short-term rehabilitation for patients whom have transferred from other hospitals. We also offer a twenty-one bed unit in which we care for residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias. Additionally, we have a newly renovated, residential, independent living wing Wildflower Court.

Windemere provides an extensive activity program geared to the varied needs, abilities and wishes of its residents.
