Windemere Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is the premier skilled
nursing facility on the beautiful island of Martha's Vineyard. Windemere
is located on the Martha’s Vineyard hospital campus. One of
our specialties is short-term rehabilitation for patients whom have
transferred from other hospitals. We offer a twenty-five bed unit
in which we care for residents with Alzheimer's disease. Also offered
are twenty rest-home beds to independent seniors in the community.
Windemere provides an extensive activity program geared to the varied
needs, abilities and wishes of its residents. There are many advantages
in Island living, and we are glad to share them with our residents.
